Refund policy
At Ace, we recognise the importance of customer satisfaction.
Returns or exchanges other than faulty goods must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided they're in original condition - unworn, unwashed and with tags still intact. They will be processed in 5-7 business days once verified. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment or as store credit in accordance with the customer’s selection.

Gift Cards may not be returned and will be honoured for 3 years from the date of issue.

Print and attach your returns label
Print the label provided and securely attach it to your parcel. -
Drop off your parcel
Take your parcel to any Australia Post or approved return locations throughout New Zealand.
Ace reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit or items that are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be returned to the customer, and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Ace.
